๐ Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support and scale our B2B revenue engine for a deep-tech SaaS platform.
This role provides hands-on exposure to modern SaaS sales execution across inbound and outbound channels โ including lead qualification, pipeline management, outbound prospecting, CRM operations, and conversion strategy.
You will work closely with the core sales and growth team, contributing directly to revenue generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
1๏ธโฃ Inbound Sales & Lead Qualification
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated through websites, campaigns, and events
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Qualify prospects using defined frameworks (ICP fit, budget, authority, urgency, use case)
- Execute consistent follow-ups via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
- Convert marketing-quality leads to sales opportunities
2๏ธโฃ Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Development
- Identify and research target B2B customers aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, and calls
- Present and position the SaaS platform effectively to business stakeholders
- Schedule product demos, meetings, and discovery sessions
- Maintain prospect engagement and nurture opportunities through the sales funnel
3๏ธโฃ Marketing Support & Sales Operations
- Support demand generation and campaign execution initiatives
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and engagement campaigns
- Prepare structured reports on lead generation, conversion metrics, and funnel performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market activities
๐ง Candidate Profile
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS preferred.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up ability
- Interest in B2B SaaS, Deep Tech, AI, and technology-driven sales
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and decision-makers
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, or marketing automation tools
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or growth roles
- Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics
