📌 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Sales & Marketing Executive
🎓 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
* Bachelors - Civil/Mechanical is MUST.
* 0–2 years of relevant experience.
* MBA will be a PLUS.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
- Business development and sales of Steel Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Tubular Steel Structures, Aluminium Frame Buildings, and allied industrial solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and presentations in coordination with internal design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close orders aligned with company targets and profitability objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution post order finalization.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Steel Buildings, PEB, Tubular Steel Structures, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction products and project-based B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
