Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and qualify prospective institutional clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, and promote Bharat Book Bureau’s digital newspapers, magazines, and database solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements across departments, recommending suitable multi-user subscription packages, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal. The Sales Marketing Executive will support marketing campaigns, assist in developing sales collaterals and promotional materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing reports, and staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing, with the ability to align campaigns and outreach with target segments and business objectives.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals, preferably in B2B or institutional sales.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver clear presentations and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience or strong interest in digital content, publishing, information services, or SaaS-based subscription models is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, presentation software, and standard office applications to manage sales activities and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
