Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include presenting products or services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires proactive engagement, strategic planning, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build professional relationships
- Sales skills including lead generation, pitch development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Capability to work with CRM tools and manage client databases
- Proven ability in strategic planning, problem solving, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in customer service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team
- Knowledge of the HR sector or experience in B2B sales would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
