Basistha Construction is looking for experienced and motivated professionals for Solar Project Lead Generation and Sales.
🔹 Role Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for residential and commercial solar installation projects
• Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions
• Coordinate site visits and follow-ups
• Support sales conversion and client relationship management
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in solar sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred
• Good communication and networking skills
• Ability to work in the field and handle client interactions
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
