Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive position based in New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing market plans to expand the reach of AISA’s insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, driving sales growth, and executing strategic marketing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals will be essential. The role also requires strong client communication and relationship management to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Freshers or 2 years experience only
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong Communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in Marketing, including campaign planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the health insurance or education industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
