Our vertically integrated manufacturing unit is strategically located in Kalol, Gujarat (India). We serve industries including oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, construction, infrastructure and heavy engineering. We specialize in the manufacture of hot forged, large diameter fasteners made from stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and other exotic metals. Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive – Fasteners to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling industrial fasteners or piping products to process industries, with an established network across Western India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales across target industries including refineries, petrochemical, chemical, marine, fertilizer and other process industries
- Drive business development and identify new clients across Western India
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, projects and engineering teams at client organizations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the internal team at the Ahmedabad office for order processing, technical support and after-sales service
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations, follow up on leads and close orders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and customer requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales of industrial fasteners, steel pipes, fittings or related piping products
- Prior experience working with or selling Stainless Steel Fasteners is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of selling to industries such as refineries, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, marine and process plants
- Existing client relationships within Western India is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Western India for client visits and business development

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and identify business opportunities
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, building relationships and delivering presentations
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to create and execute strategies effectively
- Problem-solving mindset, teamwork abilities and goal-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
