Ashwamedh Engineers & Consultants – Laboratory Services Division is hiring energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. If you enjoy meeting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting high-impact laboratory services, we want to hear from you!
About the role
You will play a key role in expanding our client base across industries like Food, Water, Environment, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, and Packaging. This role is ideal for candidates who are ambitious, persuasive, and eager to grow in the testing & inspection sector.
Qualification
- B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 0–4 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
What are we looking for
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of testing services / FSSAI / NABL (preferred, not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry events
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across multiple sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers, exporters, and industry partners
- Understand client testing needs and promote relevant laboratory services
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track leads, maintain CRM/records, and generate regular reports
- Represent Ashwamedh Lab at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events
- Support marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and content initiatives
