Job Description:We are looking for highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell our software applications. This role involves end-to-end sales activities—from lead generation to closing deals. Candidates should be proactive, confident, and willing to take ownership of targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and collect potential leads across individuals, micro, small, medium, and large businesses
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups
- Track and manage leads effectively
- Perform product presentations and live demos
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets

- Research and collect data from:

- Maintain daily activity and performance reports
Key Requirements:- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Language proficiency:
- English (mandatory)
- Tamil (preferred)
- Hindi (optional)
- Confidence to interact with clients at all levels
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Good research and data collection skills
- Familiarity with email outreach and online platforms
