Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth and client relationship management.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits, handling inquiries, coordinating orders, and identifying new business opportunities in the sustainable packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and manage B2B sales leads
- Develop new clients including cafes, restaurants, caterers, and distributors
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer requirements and provide timely support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and local business prospects
- Conduct field visits for business development activities
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
Product Demonstration & Training
- Explain product features, usage, and eco-benefits to clients
- Conduct simple product demonstrations when required
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer handling and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email)
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field work
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with regular field visits and outdoor sales activities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
- Ability to independently manage distributor and customer visits
- Energetic, confident, and execution-focused personality
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, packaging, hospitality, or eco-products industry preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Practical sales experience will be considered an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
