Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions, including rooftop and turnkey projects. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, and supporting contract closure in coordination with the technical and operations teams. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities such as local campaigns, dealer engagement, events, and digital outreach to strengthen brand visibility and drive inquiries. The Sales Marketing Executive will maintain strong client relationships, provide pre- and post-sales support, coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely project delivery, and regularly report on sales pipelines, targets, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and implement effective campaigns, promotional activities, and local outreach programs.
- Market Research capabilities to analyze customer segments, competition, pricing, and regional solar adoption trends.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in solar energy, renewable energy, or related infrastructure/services sales is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in the field, visiting client sites, and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking tools).
