Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Ambala. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong sales pitch, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
· Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
· Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
· Effectively communicate project features, benefits, and investment opportunities to prospective customers.
· Convert leads into sales through strong relationship-building and follow-up.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
· Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance brand visibility.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
