We are seeking driven, results-oriented Sales Professionals to spearhead revenue growth within the Diesel Systems product portfolio — responsible for building channel partnerships, acquiring new business, and establishing Bosch Diesel Systems as the preferred brand across their assigned territory.

▸ Plugs (Glow Plugs & Spark Plugs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Sales & Business Development
▸ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory and product categories.
▸ Identify, approach, and convert new business prospects — distributors, sub-distributors, auto parts retailers, fleet owners, and authorised service centres.
▸ Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail offtake, brand visibility, and competitive activity.
▸ Develop and execute territory-level sales plans aligned to the regional business strategy.
2. Channel Management & Partner Development
▸ Manage and expand a network of authorised Bosch distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
▸ Conduct periodic business reviews with channel partners to track performance and resolve issues.
▸ Support channel partners on sell-through programs, promotional schemes, and secondary sales activities.
▸ Ensure optimal stock levels, product availability, and display compliance at partner locations.
3. Customer Relationship Management
▸ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts — workshops, fleet operators, OEM dealers, and institutional buyers.
▸ Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical queries from partners and end customers.
▸ Resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
▸ Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market share trends; report findings to the Regional Sales Manager.
▸ Gather and report customer feedback to aid product development and marketing decisions.
▸ Maintain accurate sales records, call reports, and CRM data on a daily basis.
▸ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
5. Product Promotion & Brand Building
▸ Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations at workshops and dealer counters.
▸ Support marketing initiatives — trade activations, product launches, in-shop branding, and promotional campaigns.
▸ Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the Bosch Diesel Systems brand.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical) preferred; Diploma with strong sales experience considered. MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
Experience: 3–8 years in B2B or channel sales within automotive components, spare parts, or lubricants.
Industry Know-how: Hands-on knowledge of diesel engine systems, fuel injection, and aftermarket channel structures in India.
Geography: Prior experience managing multi-city or zonal territories with distributor networks.
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in the local regional language of the assigned territory.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (60–70%) within the assigned territory.
Licence: Valid two-wheeler and / or four-wheeler driving licence required.
