Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Executive

💰 Salary: 20000-30000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries from B2B Platfrom, website and other platforms.
- Coordinate with sales executives and distribute incoming leads.
- Monitor CRM updates and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Track quotations, customer calls and sales opportunities.
- Conduct daily morning and evening sales review meetings.
- Monitor the daily performance of the sales coordination team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Visit customers when required and support business development.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Experience in B2B sales or industrial machinery will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up, organizational and team management skills.
