Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This position supports sales and marketing activities by coordinating campaigns, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining up-to-date sales and marketing materials. The coordinator will assist in lead generation, follow up with prospective clients, manage basic CRM updates, and track key performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing events and customer meetings, drafting marketing content, supporting project-related communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring timely delivery of information and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to help grow WAWIN’s presence in industrial and municipal wastewater markets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client interaction, proposal development, and marketing content creation.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills for lead qualification, follow-up, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to coordinate meetings, site visits, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Experience in infrastructure, environmental services, or wastewater treatment sectors is an advantage, but motivated candidates from related industries are welcome.
- Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
