Role Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team and customers across order management, quoting, logistics coordination, and customer service. The role ensures accurate, timely processing of sales activities, clear communication between production, supply chain, and customers, and helps drive customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities • Process sales orders and maintain accurate order records in Sheets/ERP/CRM systems. • Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations, and proforma invoices; follow up on approvals. • Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse to confirm lead times, availability, and delivery schedules. • Track order progress; proactively communicate status updates, delays, and resolution plans to customers and internal teams. • Maintain SKU master data, pricing, customer terms, and credit limits in the system. • Support sales team with customer inquiries, technical/product information, sample requests, and order amendments. • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, order forecasts, and inventory status. • Coordinate returns, claims, and warranty issues with quality and operations; facilitate root-cause investigations and corrective actions. • Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating sample runs, packaging specs, regulatory documentation, and customer validations. • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (quality specs, labeling, traceability) and industry regulations. • Participate in sales meetings and help follow up on action items and customer commitments. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Sales Marketing Coordinator based in Sadar. The role entails coordinating and executing sales and marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, assisting in event planning, and supporting project management efforts. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing materials, generating leads, and ensuring seamless communication between teams to meet sales and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with clients and draft marketing materials.
- Proven experience in Sales and Event Planning to drive business growth and organize impactful marketing events.
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
