Salary range - 3 to 5 LPA
Location - Borivali East
Role - Sales coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Handle and verify DA/TA claims of sales executives
• Maintain proper coordination between sales team, accounts, and dispatch department
• Track primary and secondary sales data
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
• Manage transport and logistics tracking, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintain accurate data in Tally and Excel
• Support sales team in order processing and documentation
• Ensure proper record keeping of invoices, credit notes, and schemes
• Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, payments, and stock updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Experience in MIS preparation and reporting
• Good understanding of transport & logistics coordination
• Strong follow-up skills for payment collections
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
Experience:
• 3 years & above experience in Sales Coordination / Accounts / MIS role preferred
