We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in the residential and commercial interior design market.
### Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and market research
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and prospective clients
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project conversion and execution
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Drive business expansion through effective communication and negotiation skills
### Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Strong experience in sales, marketing, business development, and client relationship management
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
✔ Strong understanding of market analysis and business growth strategies
✔ Self-motivated professional with leadership and ownership mindset
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
✔ Graduation preferred
✔ Prior experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
