Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Marketing Bank Officer at AU Small Finance Bank. The role involves managing and strengthening customer relationships, providing financial services, promoting loan products, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Sales Marketing Bank Officer will collaborate with the business team to identify potential clients, create financial solutions, and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance and Loans concepts to assist customers in making informed financial decisions
• Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Business Relationship Management skills to develop and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
• Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the local market in Jaipur is preferred
