Role Overview: -
We are seeking experienced and strategic professionals for the roles of Manager, Sr. Manager, Assistant General Manager (AGM), Deputy General Manager (DGM) and General Manager (GM) – Sales & Marketing to lead and drive our real estate business growth. The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in high-rise and luxury residential projects, and an established network within the Channel Partner (CP) community. The candidate will be responsible for overall sales planning, revenue generation, marketing execution, channel partner management. Please note that this opportunity is strictly for professionals from the Real Estate Developer industry; applications from other industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Generate revenue through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CP), brokers, and clients.
• Monitor sales performance, lead conversion ratios, and team productivity.
• Handle customer interactions and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for smooth business operations.
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, promotional activities, and launch events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Drive lead generation through digital marketing, ATL/BTL activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Support brand positioning and business expansion initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in residential/high-rise/luxury projects preferred.
• Strong network with Channel Partners (CP), brokers, and investors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, and channel sales.
• Target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance.
• Strong understanding of NCR real estate market trends.
