Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professionals located in Pune Division. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, and providing effective customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales strategies, providing customer training, and contributing to business growth through market research and developing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Experienced in Sales and Sales Management to create and execute strategies that drive revenue growth
- Capable of Training individuals or teams to enhance performance and improve outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive approach to solving problems and identifying new opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in waste management or sustainability-focused industries is an advantage
