Position:
Sales Manager, Western India - Fenova uPVC Door & Window Systems
Location: Maharashtra
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of uPVC Door & Window Systems and can operate in a matrix environment.
Sales:
- Identify, approach, and assign uPVC Door & Window fabricators (channel partners) in order to expand Fenova's reach and sales
- Identify, approach, and sign real estate developers & builders for new construction projects to use Fenova's products
- Approach Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and pitch Fenova products
- Represent Fenova in uPVC Door & Window trade expos, sales events
- Arrange conferences and sales events for architects, interior designers, and builders
Customer Service:
- Co-ordinate quotations for customers with estimation team
- Co-ordinate payments of customers with accounts team
- Co-ordinate dispatches for your customers with dispatch team
- Co-ordinate sample requests, marketing material requests, other special requests with sales team
- Connect with fabricators and customers about suggestions and feedback from the field about the product
- Connect with operations to address the suggestions and feedback
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Complete customer visit summary reports, sales funnel reports, and other key reports per sales KPIs
- Document reports based on fabricator and customer suggestions for an idea collection purpose
- Document market trends and R&D reports from a product development standpoint
- Support ISO record keeping with documentation & monthly reporting of customer feedback and suggestions
Other:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Other day-to-day activities as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business administration, or similar (MBA Preferred)
- 5+ years' of sales experience in Plastics Sales, and 3+ years of sales experience in uPVC Door & Window Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hindi, English, and regional languages
- MS Office skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook (Used for reporting)
- Excellent pitch skills - to educate and enable a customer to make the right decision
- Excellent solution selling skills
- General knowledge and experience of uPVC window fabrication
- Effective time management skills
- Should be able to drive and travel
Compensation:
Salary + Travel Reimbursement + Performance bonus as applicable
