Sales Manager – uPVC Doors & Windows📍 Location
Madhya Pradesh (Indore / Bhopal / Gwalior / Field Travel)
🧾 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in uPVC doors & windows or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing dealer networks, and managing project-based business across Madhya Pradesh.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through builders, architects, contractors & developers
- Develop and expand dealer / distributor network
- Handle project sales (site visits, measurement coordination, quotations, closure)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Manage and guide sales team performance
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
🧑💼 Required Skills
- Strong B2B & project sales experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage territory and client network
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
🎓 Qualification
- Graduate in any field, BE, B.Tech Civil, Interior.
⏳ Experience
- 3–7 years in:
- uPVC / Aluminum windows
- Building materials.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based
🚗 Other Requirements
- Must be comfortable with field sales & travel
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred
- Local market knowledge of Madhya Pradesh
⭐ Preferred Candidate
- Existing network with builders/architects
- Experience in uPVC industry (Fenesta / Koemmerling / similar brands)
- uPVC windows and doors industry is highly desirable
