*Job Description*
Position: Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Location: Rajkot
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)
*Key Responsibilities*
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business growth plans
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and training to the team
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and market opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Review daily sales reports and ensure proper reporting by the team
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
• Coordinate with management for sales campaigns and promotions
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
*Qualification*
• Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
*Experience*
• 3 – 7 years of experience in sales and team management
*Skills Required*
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and negotiation ability
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Market development and dealer network building experience
