Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - US Market (IT/SaaS)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
We are looking for a hunter with a passport. We need a Bangalore-based Enterprise Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle for the US market. You will be selling high-consideration IT solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers in Fortune 5000 companies.
Whether your background is in custom software development, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML solutions, or B2B SaaS platforms - if you have a track record of closing six-figure deals with American clients, we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha) to negotiation and close
- Consultative Selling: Navigate complex enterprise environments. You are not just selling a product; you are solving business problems for US clients
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of $2M–$5M+ in a given quarter, accurately forecasting revenue in Salesforce/HubSpot
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the delivery/product team on US market trends, competitor activity, and client pain points
Skills & Qualifications:
- The Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales, specifically targeting the US geography
- The Industry: Currently working in an IT Services, SaaS, or Technology product company based out of Bangalore
- The Metrics: You have a verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding quotas of $500K-$1M+ annually
- The Communication: Native-level fluency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to hold your own in high-stakes boardroom conversations
- The Tool Stack: Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meet)
- The Travel: Open to traveling to the US for client meetings and trade shows as required
