Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based across Pan India locations especially Chandigarh, New Delhi, Patna, Bhibneshwar, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Ahmedabad for Sales Managers and Concrete Technologists. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales activities to meet organizational targets. The role also involves applying expertise in concrete technology to provide solutions for construction projects, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Additional duties may include training, team leadership, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development abilities, including client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in concrete technology, including mix designs and material testing.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategy development.
- Project management, teamwork, and leadership capabilities with cross-functional coordination experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Familiarity with the paint, construction, or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field. An MBA or specialized certification in concrete technology will be an added advantage.
