Role Description
As a Sales Manager - West, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the western region. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also analyze market trends, develop and implement sales strategies, and work closely with the marketing and operational teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring collaboration across teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
- Knowledge of Market Trends and Strategic Planning
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction
- Experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel throughout the region as required
