Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Wedding Specialist) based in Jaipur. The role involves working closely with clients to plan and execute wedding events, managing all sales activities related to wedding packages, and building long-term relationships with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with various hotel departments to provide seamless service. The Sales Manager will also develop strategic plans to increase wedding sales and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing expertise, particularly in event or wedding sales
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Knowledge of hospitality and event planning operations
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotel event management is preferred
