Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve creating strategic sales plans, coordinating with internal teams for tailored warehousing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience with strong skills in negotiation, client management, and lead generation
- Understanding of supply chain processes and warehousing solutions, along with the ability to create strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions
- Proficiency in analytics and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under stringent timelines
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in logistics or warehousing sectors, would be advantageous
