Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Manager Logistics Sales to lead and drive the growth of our logistics sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy, managing high-value client relationships, ensuring cross-functional alignment with operations, and achieving significant revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales performance at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage logistics sales across road, air, sea, and warehousing, including planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with continuous performance monitoring.
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, networking, and market expansion.
- Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling business operations.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and complex logistics solutions is an advantage.
