Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager (Team Handling) will oversee the performance of a sales team by setting targets, monitoring team members, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regularly analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and optimizing sales operations are essential to achieving and exceeding business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, customer acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong team management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster client relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in real estate or proptech industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is an added advantage.
