Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Time Square Resort & Spa, Bhuj, managed by NILE Hospitality. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role includes organizing promotional events, supervising the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless and high-quality service. The incumbent will also be responsible for market analysis and reporting, and will work directly with senior leadership to ensure the property’s strategic goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills with a focus on creating effective sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in team leadership and training to drive performance and achieve objectives
- Understanding of market trends and an analytical approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant sales and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with prior experience in sales roles, is highly preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Bhuj, with local market knowledge being an added advantage
