Job Summary
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market share within our designated territory or product line. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis.
- * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- * Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- * Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.

- * Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- * Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably within a technology or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and solutions and articulate their value proposition.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
