We are looking for a
Sales Manager who can
drive numbers, handle premium clients, and command respect in front of architects.🔹 Role Focus:
- Drive revenue generation in the surfaces category
- Handle HNI clients, architects & designers
- Convert premium enquiries into high-value closures
- Position products based on application, durability & design relevance
🔹 Who You Are:
- Strong experience in tiles / engineered flooring / façade / elevation products
- Proven ability to sell high-ticket, design-led products
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Deep understanding of market trends + technical specifications
- Self-sufficient — you don’t need hand-holding
- Result-driven mindset — numbers matter
