About the Role
The role involves managing complete field sales activities from lead generation to customer conversion. Candidates will directly interact with B2B clients such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, gyms, and commercial establishments to promote cooling solutions and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and cold calling to generate B2B leads
- Generate 7–10 leads daily through direct client interactions
- Achieve regular sales KPIs and targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cooling solutions
- Collect market feedback and coordinate with internal teams for improvement
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of field sales or similar experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
