Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Manager/Senior Manager specializing in software product sales. The professional will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, building client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and deliver optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Business Development and driving revenue growth
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
- Analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in software product sales or IT services is an advantage
- Proactive attitude and result-driven mindset
