Role Description
- Pune, Maharashtra | Full-Time
- Sr. Closer ₹4.2L–₹5.4L + Performance Incentives : Total 2 Pos
- Jr. Closer ₹3L–₹3.6L + Performance Incentives : Total 4 Pos
We are looking for a high-performance Sales Closer who can convert serious prospects into high-value farm construction projects. This role is not for entry-level salespeople. It requires someone who can confidently handle ₹20L–₹1Cr+ deal conversations, discuss project economics, and close deals professionally.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve a ₹40L–₹60L monthly closing target
- Close 2–3 hydroponic farm projects per month
- Maintain a strong and active deal pipeline
- Take full ownership of converting qualified leads into signed contracts
Deal Management
- Work only on qualified and high-intent prospects
- Conduct detailed financial discussions with clients
- Clearly explain ROI, break-even timeline, and project economics
- Structure commercial proposals tailored to client needs
- Handle client objections confidently and professionally
- Close deals without unnecessary discounting
Negotiation & Margin Protection
- Maintain a minimum margin on project deals
- Seek approval before offering discounts beyond defined limits
- Avoid revenue-at-loss decisions
- Protect the premium positioning of the Kryzen brand
Sales Process Discipline
- Maintain 100% CRM updates for every interaction
- Ensure no lead remains idle for more than 48 hours
- Manage a maximum of 30 active prospects at a time
- Decisively close or disqualify prospects to maintain pipeline clarity
Client Relationship Handling
- Maintain professional communication with all prospects
- Build strong trust during financial and technical discussions
- Handle difficult clients calmly and professionally
- Create urgency in deals without applying aggressive pressure tactics
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Project Consultants for technical clarity
- Align with Field Inspection reports and feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with the Subsidy and Documentation team after deal booking
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in high-ticket sales (₹20L+ deal size preferred)
- Strong capability in financial and ROI discussions
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and high-pressure sales environments
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- High energy, confidence, and strong closing ability
Yearly Salary (In Hand):
Sr. Closer : ₹4.2L–₹5.4L + Performance Incentives
