Job Description – Sales Manager (Modern Trade) Hyderabad & Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Modern Trade with mandatory experience in the beverage industry, preferably with brands like Sprite and Coca-Cola. The candidate must have handled sales operations across at least 3 states cover and have strong Modern Trade experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Modern Trade accounts and drive sales growth across key retail chains.
- Handle business planning, promotions, negotiations, visibility, and SKU expansion.
- Ensure strong distribution, stock availability, and coordination with supply chain teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of FMCG sales experience in Modern Trade.
- Mandatory beverages industry experience.
- Experience handling multi-state operations (minimum 3 states mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
