- Job Purpose- Sales Manager Sourcing
To derive Insurance Business from assigned USFB Branches/Relationship partner in an area, to convince the relationship so they can convince their customers to invest in Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance. To ensure all the pre and post-sales support and services to the relationship as well as to the clients ensuring consistent growth in the business every quarter. Strong relationship and alignment is the key in the role.

- Structured and continuous meetings with the Relationship partners
- Training and coaching the Relationship Partner of respective Branches mapped on ABSLI Products and process to maximize sales
- Drive all the Rewards & Recognition activities run by ABSLI and Liaison with the Partners.
- Mapping all the key decision makers and influence them
Engage with relationship partner to maximise business potential.
- Communicate process change or change in any rules and regulations, timely, to the relationship Partner or mapped branch Head’s
- Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling/escalations are managed without any delays and with utmost priority.
Managing Quality of Business
- Engaging with customers, through Calls or personal visits, reinforcing authenticity checks
By closely scrutinizing their financial history.
- Explaining products with complete details and features to minimize the risk of policy lapse.
