Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager-Semiconductor Distribution, based in Ahmedabad or Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the growth of semiconductor distribution in the Gujarat region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves representing the company in meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills with proven experience in achieving targets and growing customer relationships
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor components and their applications in various industries
- Market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and enterprise applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (MBA is a plus)
- Familiarity with the Gujarat electronics market is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel within the Gujarat region as required
