Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager with 10-12 years of proven experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong exposure to customer handling and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Conduct site visits and explain project details clearly to clients
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
