Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive site visits, client meetings, and deal closures for assigned projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, brokers, and consultants
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with senior management
- Handle high-value client negotiations and ensure smooth booking-to-registration process
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
