Key Responsibilities:
• Generate corporate and leisure business for the resort
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners
• Promote resort offerings including rooms, events, corporate outings, and weddings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Good networking and relationship management skills
• Commitment to professional growth
