Role Description
Insys Electrical & Controls LLP is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting and selling the company's industrial automation products and solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the engineering team to ensure optimal solutions for client needs, achieving sales targets, and staying updated with industry trends and product advancements.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close opportunities
- Technical knowledge of Industrial Automation Systems, PLCs, HMIs, and Ethernet Industrial Applications
- Customer Relationship Management skills with a focus on client satisfaction and rapport
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams
- Knowledge of market trends in the industrial automation sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in industrial sales is a strong advantage
