What you will do:
•Lead and manage the complete sales team, ensuring productivity and target achievement
•Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for QualiSpace offerings
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals
•Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
•Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
•Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrationsManage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
•Understand client requirements and propose suitable cloud and infrastructure solutions
•Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery
•Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management review
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
•Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term business retention
Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
•8+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
•Prior experience in team handling and sales leadership roles is mandatory.
•Experience in Cloud Sales, Hosting, SaaS, IT Infrastructure, or Technology Sales will be preferred
•Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise sales strategies
•Excelled leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to lead teams in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
•Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements when required
