About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within AI-driven solutions, localization, or language technology domains.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex sales cycles, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.


Key Responsibilites:

  • Own and drive the enterprise sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and large mid-market clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and execute account strategies and territory plans
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and localization


Required Qualification:

  • 4–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently achieving quotas
  • Strong experience in handling long and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with global clients or cross-border sales environments
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent


Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in AI products, machine learning platforms, or automation tools
  • Exposure to localization, translation, dubbing, or content technology ecosystems
  • Understanding of multilingual AI, TTS, ASR, LLMs, or NLP-based solutions
  • Familiarity with API-based products and enterprise integrations
  • Prior experience in solution selling or consultative sales approach
