About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's expansion in the market.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana / Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to strengthen market presence.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and target achievement across assigned regions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and project execution.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business insights to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and industry standards.
• Support and mentor team members while fostering a performance-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Sustainability-related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
