Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, and Sales Executive positions. Team members will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, and promoting SBI Securities’ investment products such as equity, mutual funds, derivatives, and other financial instruments. The role includes understanding client needs, providing suitable product recommendations, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client lifecycle. Daily activities involve conducting client meetings, managing sales pipelines, achieving revenue and acquisition targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth account opening and transaction processing. The positions also require monitoring market trends, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to local business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain products clearly, and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales Operations and Business Planning abilities to manage pipelines, track targets, and execute branch or regional sales plans.
- Analytical Skills to understand client profiles, assess investment needs, and interpret basic market and product information.
- Prior experience in broking, banking, wealth management, or financial services sales is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are an advantage.
- Comfort with trading platforms and basic fintech tools, along with the ability to work in a target-driven, team-oriented environment.
