Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying potential clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and mentoring team members for better performance. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies and conduct Market Research
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in Leadership and Team Management
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
