Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, property presentations, site visits, and closing real estate transactions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with appropriate projects. The role involves coordinating with developers, internal teams, and channel partners to ensure updated inventories, accurate pricing, and timely deal execution. The Sales Manager will prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support clients through documentation and post-sales processes. Daily activities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales strategies and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in the Bengaluru market.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and site visits, prioritize tasks, and work to defined sales targets and timelines.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools to track leads, inventory, and sales performance.
- Knowledge of basic real estate regulations, documentation, and standard transaction processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site, including weekends and extended hours when required, based on client schedules and project needs.
- A proactive, ethical, and customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
